About Us

Over the years, I have successfully helped hundreds of DOT employees return to safety sensitive functions successfully.

While much of this success is dependent on the employee, I believe my 38 years in recovery, experience as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)  in addition to my Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) work has provided me with a process that is challenging to the employee who desires to get back in good standing with DOT.

My process includes:

I keep in close communication with the Designated Employer Representative (DER)  and make certain that the DER has all essential documentation in a timely manner.

Thank you for giving us consideration.

I’m am an experienced SAP and have all of the tools and qualifications to get you back in good standing with the DOT. The time it takes is related to your unique situation, but I will work diligently to assist you in expediting it as quickly as possible. An example is that for a DOT / CDL Driver that has no history or drug or alcohol issues and missed a random, based on the assessments and your attention to the follow up you might be ready to take the Return to Duty test in 4 days!  As I mentioned it is on a case by case basis so let’s talk! Because we have had an enormous response and to be sure that you get the personalized service you deserve, I’m now working with my son who is also a qualified SAP to help avoid any delays for you.
